Your day as a Track Case Manager
As a Full-Time Track Case Manager at Mel Trotter Ministries, you will be the daily point of contact for an assigned caseload of guests, playing a vital role in their journey toward stability and empowerment. Your responsibilities will involve assessing the unique needs and barriers that led each guest to seek shelter, enabling you to assist them in achieving their daily, weekly, and long-term life goals through personalized action plans.
