MelKay is a locally owned and operated Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Contractor, seeking a Plumbing Technician and Drain Cleaning Specialist for daily service calls. We have been in business for 75 years and are a fast paced, hard-working corporation with small business values. We focus on commercial and industrial construction projects in Southwestern Indiana and Northwestern Kentucky.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily tasks as appointed by the Plumbing Supervisor or Project Manager
Requirements:
- Must be available for on-call and emergency service rotation
- A clean driving record is preferred
- Possess strong communication skills and etiquette
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must join Plumbing Local 136 after hire (If not already a member)
Certifications:
- Indiana Licensed Plumber
- Valid Driver's License
- OSHA 10
- Backflow Certification is Preferred
