SCHEDULE:
Service Greeter must be available to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. The Service Greeter is expected to work at least 40 hours per week and is non-exempt from overtime.
SUMMARY:
The Service Greeter is responsible for greeting customers at the service drive, transporting customers and their vehicles, and maintaining the presentable state of the service drive.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service
- Greet customers as they enter the service drive
- Transport customer and customer vehicles to and from the dealership
- Prepare fluid samples for customers
Operation of motor vehicles
- Take possession of customer vehicle to park until vehicle is serviced
- Drives vehicle to customer after service is completed
- Reposition vehicles on lot for best access
Maintains presentable state of service drive
- Gather and empty trash
- Clean service drive by sweeping and/or mopping
- Other general maintenance of service drive
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Experience
- None necessary
Education / Certifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Certifications / Licensures
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable Motor Vehicle Record as outlined by company policy
