As an Enrollment and Administrative Associate, you will serve as the first point of communication and first welcome for families. You will provide information, take messages, or schedule appointments, and manage the entry process to determine the nature and purpose of visit. You will introduce them to classes and services and direct them to appropriate staff or team.
You will also schedule appointments, maintain and update appointment calendars, and maintain consistency while communicating changes. Additionally, you will answer general questions and follow up with answers using email or calls.
