Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Tampa, FL, for a Sales Agent. The Sales Agent will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, identifying their needs, providing information on insurance products, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Key tasks include maintaining strong customer relationships, offering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and staying informed about insurance plans and market trends. The Sales Agent will also participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
- Customer Service skills, demonstrating the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
- Sales expertise with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Knowledge of Insurance products and the industry, including relevant regulations and policies
- Willingness to participate in Training to enhance product knowledge and sales strategies
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or insurance is a plus
