Meissenburg Designs (oldwoodsigns.com) creates customizable wood signs printed with our vintage artwork. We have been in business for over 25 years and are looking for a motivated person who is interested in joining our sales team. This position is all about sales, great customer service and helping find new customers. The Inside Sales position will tie together the sales and outreach process for the Meissenburg Team.
Person should have strong computer skills, including Windows, e-commerce tools and the ability to sort and organize files. Job Responsibilities
- Processing, sorting, and organization of customer purchase orders
- Finding new customers through phone and email outreach
- Traveling to trade shows with other members of the team
- Organize customers products and content on website using CRM and online tools
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and telephone
- Marketing outreach via email system
- Generate sales and product ideas with the team
- File management and good organization skills
- Good communication with COO, sales and production team
- Great attention to detail to ensure accuracy
- Self-motivated, hard working, good listener who isn’t afraid to take initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communicator
- Problem solver who works well with a team
Pay and Benefits

Experience & Personal Characteristics Required
- 3 years experience working in a Sales or Sales Support role
- Good computer skills and interest in learning new software. Current Role will require the use of Quickbooks, Wayfair, Faire, e-mail, a CRM database, and Shopify
- Highly organized both personally and with company information
- Ability to Multitask in a fast-moving Environment
- Helpful, with a positive outlook and self-starter attitude
- Ability to travel to customers and trade shows
