About Us
We are a NP-run psychiatric practice focused on diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and improving overall mental health and well-being. We serve a diverse patient population and strive to provide an inclusive, LGBTQIA -affirming environment. Experience working with LGBTQIA patients is preferred.
This is a primarily virtual position with one in-person day in our downtown Brooklyn office once a month or so.
Qualifications
- PMHNP certification (Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing)
- Active New York State NP license
- Active, unrestricted DEA license
- Experience with psychiatric medication management required
- Comfortable prescribing controlled substances
- Ability to work independently
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Psychiatric evaluations and medication management
- Develop and manage treatment plans
- Patient education and follow-up care
- Documentation, forms, and clinical paperwork
- Collaboration with other providers when needed
Compensation
Part-time position with competitive compensation based on experience. No benefits offered at this time.
