Role Description
The Senior Wealth Advisor will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial and retirement planning, managing investment portfolios through the firm's investment models, and delivering tailored wealth management services to clients. This role is ideal for an experienced advisor who views financial planning as more than a technical exercise — someone genuinely curious about life planning, integrative wealth approaches, behavioral finance, and the psychology behind client decisions.
What you'll do
Serve as primary advisor for client relationships, building deep trust that creates clients for life
Develop and deliver comprehensive financial plans covering retirement, investments, tax, estate, insurance, and cash flow
Mentor and develop Client Advisors and Associates
Stay abreast of portfolio strategies and participate in the investment committee for the firm
Contribute to growth through prospecting, referrals, and marketing
Invest in your own learning and share insights with the team
Qualifications
- CFP® required (or comparable wealth planning expertise)
- 7 years client-facing experience
- Strong technical command of financial planning,
- Proficiency in Investments and Finance, including portfolio management and market analysis
- Proven expertise in Wealth Management Services, addressing diverse client needs
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Interest in holistic planning practices (life planning, behavioral finance, client psychology)
- Experience with eMoney, Salesforce, Holistiplan, Addepar, Schwab and Fidelity custodial platforms (preferred)
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment while independently managing client relationships
- Commitment to maintaining ethical and fiduciary standards
