Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues across various vehicle systems, including powertrain, suspension, and brake systems.
- Repair and maintain vehicles by replacing or repairing faulty components such as engines, suspension systems, brake systems, and tires.
- Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks including oil changes, brake repairs, alignment services, and tire replacement.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete repairs with high quality standards.
- Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and manufacturer specifications while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and offering recommendations for ongoing vehicle care.
Qualifications
- Service technician experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair.
- Hands-on experience with wheel alignment, vehicle suspension system repair, and vehicle engine system repair.
- Mechanical knowledge of powertrain components, engines, welding techniques, and automotive electrical systems.
- Strong mechanical skills complemented by the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
