The successful candidate will be responsible for writing estimates for repair work, maintaining open communication with both staff and customers, providing an exceptional customer experience, and assisting the store manager in administrative duties. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a strong communication skills. Candidates with at least 3 years of automotive experience are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Estimate Writing: Prepare accurate estimates for repair work on a variety of passenger and commercial vehicles. Present estimates to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
- Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with both internal staff and customers. Provide updates on repair progress and address any concerns or questions customers may have.
- Customer Experience: Strive to provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the repair process. Address customer inquiries, build rapport, and ensure satisfaction with the service provided.
- Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work station for efficient day-to-day operations. Multi-task effectively, including answering phones, speaking to customers, and writing estimates.
- Managerial Duties: Assist the store manager in scheduling, maintaining inventory, opening and closing, and general operation.
- Safety: Adhere to safety protocols around vehicles and heavy equipment. Promote a safe working environment for both employees and customers.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
