Louisville DMA | Field-Based | Uncapped Commission
Parc Auto LLC dba Meineke Car Care is seeking a Fleet Sales Manager to grow our commercial fleet business across Kentucky and Indiana. This is a field-based role focused on building relationships, developing new accounts, and closing fleet service agreements.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and grow new commercial fleet accounts throughout the territory
- Meet with business owners, fleet managers, and decision-makers in person
- Identify fleet needs and present customized maintenance solutions
- Manage the full sales process from initial outreach through contract execution
- Maintain an active pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience (fleet, automotive, or related industry preferred)
- Proven ability to close deals and grow accounts
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory
