Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor ensures high quality work while maintaining a safe environment.
Oversees receipts, shipments, and storage of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
Insures good communication inside and outside the department.

Essential Functions:

• Works with Manager to determine staffing levels in all areas.
• Contributes to management of time, attendance records, and vacation approvals.
• Contributes to writing and giving reviews.
• Supervises the Receiving and Shipping Department
• Support and training of Leads on all shifts
• Coordinate’s flow of packaging and ingredients to Operations
• Insures the timely picking of orders and correct loading of trailers.
• Works with Manager to coordinate seasonal activities.
• Supports communications and coordination of outside warehouses
• Communicates and supports teams in offsite facilities.
• Help facilitate training of Material Handlers on all shifts.
• Evaluates and reports safety concerns to Manager.
• Reports needed facility repairs to Manager.
• Communicates to jockeys/drivers
• Reporting equipment inspections and repairs.
• Overtime planning and schedules.
• All other duties as assigned.

Education:
Minimum high school diploma or GED
Has 2-5 years’ experience leading in a warehouse environment

Compensation Range:

$58,000-$74,000

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
**If 50 pounds or more, a team lift is required. A team lift consists of two or more people.
