Has 2-5 years’ experience leading in a warehouse environment
Compensation Range:
$58,000-$74,000
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
**If 50 pounds or more, a team lift is required. A team lift consists of two or more people.

Essential Functions:
- Works with Manager to determine staffing levels in all areas.
- Contributes to management of time, attendance records, and vacation approvals.
- Contributes to writing and giving reviews.
- Supervises the Receiving and Shipping Department
- Support and training of Leads on all shifts
- Coordinate’s flow of packaging and ingredients to Operations
- Insures the timely picking of orders and correct loading of trailers.
- Works with Manager to coordinate seasonal activities.
- Supports communications and coordination of outside warehouses
- Communicates and supports teams in offsite facilities.
- Help facilitate training of Material Handlers on all shifts.
- Evaluates and reports safety concerns to Manager.
- Reports needed facility repairs to Manager.
- Communicates to jockeys/drivers
- Reporting equipment inspections and repairs.
- Overtime planning and schedules.
- All other duties as assigned.
Education:
