Requirements:Essential Minimum Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming guest
- Taking orders accurately and relaying them properly
- Serving food and beverages to guest
- Checking in with customers to make sure they are satisfied and enjoying the MCBC experience
- Providing excellent customer service, addressing customers’ needs in a timely manner
- Upselling products when appropriate
- Processing customers’ payments accurately and efficiently
- Keeping up on side work, clearing tables and general cleaning task for the facility
