Position Overview
Meier Chevrolet GMC is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Detailer / Janitorial Maintenance Person. This position is responsible for keeping our vehicles clean, our dealership facilities presentable, and our work environment safe and organized.
Responsibilities
Automotive Detailing
- Wash, dry, and clean new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Thoroughly vacuum and clean vehicle interiors, including carpets, seats, dashboards, and windows.
- Clean and dress tires, wheels, and other vehicle surfaces.
- Prepare vehicles for customer delivery, display, and photographs.
- Maintain a clean and organized detailing area.
- Assist with moving and parking vehicles as needed.
Janitorial & Facility Maintenance
- Clean and maintain dealership offices, customer waiting areas, restrooms, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the dealership.
- Empty trash and replace liners as needed.
- Clean windows, glass doors, counters, and other surfaces.
- Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies.
- Assist with general building upkeep and light maintenance tasks.
- Keep the dealership grounds and work areas clean, safe, and presentable.
Qualifications
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in doing quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow instructions.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the day.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record preferred.
- Previous automotive detailing, janitorial, or maintenance experience preferred, but not required.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
