Position: Sales Training & Development Manager (Bilingual)
On-Site | Arlington, TX
- Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Additional evenings and Saturdays may be required based on business needs.

What You’ll Do
- The STD Mgr. is responsible for developing, implementing, reinforcing, and continuously improving a high-performance sales training program across all MEI Auto Group dealership locations.
- This professional will work directly with executive leadership, Location Managers (GMs), and General Sales Managers (GSMs) to ensure consistency in sales processes, operational discipline, KPI accountability, compliance awareness, and overall dealership sales effectiveness.
- The STD Mgr. will be responsible for training and coaching new hires, existing sales staff, and sales leadership teams within the operation. The ideal candidate must possess extensive hands-on dealership sales experience, strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of BHPH operational processes, customer lifecycle management, CRM systems, and dealership performance metrics.
- This role requires an energetic, engaging, professional, and highly organized individual capable of building a culture centered around accountability, customer experience, process consistency, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 10 years of automotive dealership experience, specifically within the Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) industry.
- Proven hands-on vehicle sales experience within a dealership environment.
- Previous experience in sales training, leadership, coaching, or sales management preferred.
- Strong understanding of:
- BHPH dealership operations
- Sales process management
- Credit approval structures
- CRM discipline
- Customer lifecycle management
- Compliance standards and dealership operations
- Bilingual preferred (English & Spanish).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and engagement abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate Degree, Technical Certification, or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
