Location: Arlington, TX (On-Site)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday (Saturdays as Needed)

Position Overview
MEI Group is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Automotive Technician to join our service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or grow a career in automotive repair. Working alongside experienced technicians, you'll perform routine maintenance, assist with vehicle repairs, and gain valuable hands-on experience while developing your technical skills.

What You'll Do
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements.
- Assist experienced technicians with mechanical repairs and vehicle diagnostics.
- Inspect vehicles and identify maintenance or repair needs.
- Complete repair orders and service documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow company safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
- Participate in company training and continue developing technical skills.
- Work collaboratively with service advisors, technicians, and management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Basic automotive knowledge or mechanical aptitude.
- Previous experience in automotive maintenance, lube services, or personal vehicle repair is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Desire to build a long-term career in the automotive industry.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical shop duties, including standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting.
- Ability to work assigned shifts, including occasional Saturdays as business needs require.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check and verify authorization to work in the United States.
