Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced CLM Agiloft Solutions Architect for a Remote Contract/C2C opportunity based out of Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms, especially Agiloft, along with experience in workflow automation, process optimization, and enterprise CLM implementations. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, implement, and support scalable CLM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end CLM implementations and solution delivery
- Assess current business processes and define future-state solutions through fit-gap analysis
- Work with business stakeholders to gather, refine, and document functional and technical requirements
- Design scalable, reliable, and efficient CLM solutions
- Serve as a liaison between business users and development teams
- Lead workshops, requirement discussions, and solution design sessions
- Create and maintain documentation including process flows, user stories, design documents, and training materials
- Configure and manage CLM workflows, templates, clause libraries, merge fields, and approval processes
- Support integrations with e-signature platforms such as Adobe Sign and DocuSign
- Conduct user training and Train-The-Trainer sessions
- Recommend and implement CLM best practices and governance standards
- Identify project risks and provide alternative solution recommendations where required
- Ensure successful user adoption and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Agiloft CLM platform
- Experience with CLM tools/products such as Icertis, Sirion, Apttus, Conga, DocuSign CLM, or SpringCM
- Strong understanding of business process mapping and workflow automation
- Experience with template assembly, merge field mapping, and CLM configuration
- Hands-on experience implementing e-signature tools such as Adobe Sign and DocuSign
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to create functional documentation, process flows, and user stories
- Excellent client-facing verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in enterprise CLM transformation projects
- Knowledge of contract management best practices and governance
- Experience working in Agile project environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations
