Responsibilities

• Oversee food safety handling and sanitation practices for kitchen
• Prepare dishes for Catering and to go meals for the store.
• Plan and delegate food preparation and cooking tasks to the BOH team
• Train and develop cooks as needed

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work as a team
• Relevant food safety and handling certificate
• Kitchen Experience
