Job Summary
The Sales Manager will drive business development in the U.S. market across our six solution pillars. This is a customer-facing role that requires industrial B2B sales experience and the ability to translate technical solutions into compliance, cost-saving, and sustainability benefits. Compensation includes base salary plus performance-based commission/bonus plan.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop relationships with industrial clients (battery plants, automotive manufacturers, welding shops, paint facilities).
- Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposals, negotiations, contracts.
- Collaborate with technical teams to customize solutions.
- Track pipeline progress and deliver revenue growth against targets.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to headquarters for strategy adjustment.
Qualifications
- 5 years in industrial equipment, environmental solutions, or manufacturing sales.
- Strong network in automotive, energy, or advanced manufacturing sectors preferred.
- Proven ability to sell complex technical solutions.
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel.
