Overview
Megaplay is an indoor children’s play park and party venue, delivering great customer service and providing the ultimate fun and safe, play park experience. We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Park Attendant to join our vibrant outdoor recreation team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and overall enjoyment of guests within the park environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle diverse responsibilities that contribute to a positive guest experience. Guest Experience and Company Standards

Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide information about park amenities, rules, and upcoming events to enhance the guest experience.
- Complete opening and closing park procedures, including, but not limited to: Check-in facilities; assisting with the completion and recording of daily inspections of play equipment; and reservation management.
- Use a Point of Sale System to take guest payments, adhere to company cash handling policies.
- Acts as the first level of response for guest mis-use of facilities, concerns, and emergency situations, informing and involving the supervisor and management team.
- Monitor park areas and enforce park policies regularly to ensure safety standards are maintained and address any conflicts or issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of park facilities, including restrooms, to ensure a safe and pleasant environment.
- Communicate personal, staff, guest, and supply needs to the management team in a timely manner, in addition to regular operational updates.
Qualifications
- High-energy individual with excellent customer service skills.
- Previous work experience in recreation or hospitality preferred, but not required.
- Cash handling experience.
- CPR/ First Aid / AED certification is a plus.
- Currently in high school, high school diplomas, or advanced education.
Schedule
- This is an hourly position.
- Candidates should have a flexible schedule with both weekday and weekend availability.
- There is a mandatory orientation session and training period required for all new candidates. This time is paid at your hourly rate.
