About the Role:

We’re seeking an on-site Applications Engineer who will act as the technical liaison between customers, Sales, Engineering, and Program Management. You’ll help translate customer requirements into real-world RF solutions — supporting everything from proposal through production.

This role combines technical depth, communication, and program ownership — ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and impact.

What You’ll Do:

·       Serve as the primary technical bridge between customers, Sales, and Engineering.

·       Support sales and proposal activities by interpreting RF/microwave specifications and creating technical proposals.

·       Manage technical aspects of programs — from design reviews to qualification testing.

·       Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program Management to meet performance and delivery goals.

·       Evaluate RF parameters such as insertion loss, VSWR, and phase stability.

·       Prepare technical reports, presentations, and customer documentation.

·       Stay current with military and space program standards (MIL-DTL, NASA, ESA).

·       Support new product development based on customer needs and market trends.

What You Bring:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).

·       3 years of experience in RF/microwave or interconnect systems.

·       Background in defense or space programs strongly preferred.

·       Understanding of RF principles, coaxial cable assemblies, and connector technologies.

·       Excellent communication and organizational skills.

·       Familiarity with SolidWorks, CAD, or RF modeling tools (HFSS, CST, etc.) a plus.

·       Knowledge of AS9100 and ISO-9001 standards preferred.

·       Must be a U.S. Person.
