Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Stroudsburg, PA. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, this role will support a variety of marketing initiatives to strengthen MegaPhase’s brand presence and customer engagement. This is an in-office position — ideal for someone organized, creative, and eager to learn about technology marketing in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with trade show planning and logistics, including booth materials, shipping coordination, and post-show follow-up.
- Coordinate with our advertising agency on ad placements, collateral updates, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage and schedule social media posts (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, etc.).
- Draft and upload blog posts and product updates to the company website.
- Conduct website content reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Help maintain the marketing content library (photos, product sheets, and videos).
- Assist in the creation of email campaigns and newsletters.
- Track and report marketing metrics such as engagement, website traffic, and campaign performance.
- Support internal communications, including employee spotlights and community events.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director of Sales and Marketing.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of marketing or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with digital platforms such as LinkedIn, WordPress, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of B2B marketing or interest in technology sectors is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
