Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you’ll visit clients’ homes on a regular schedule (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) and help maintain clean, comfortable living environments. This is a great part-time or full-time opportunity — ideal for someone who wants flexible hours and a chance to make a real impact for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, and other living spaces (e.g. dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing).
• Empty trash/recycling, wipe down surfaces, clean windows/fixtures as needed.
• Change bed linens, towels or do light laundry if requested. (optional / based on client package)
• Maintain organization and neatness — ensure each home is left in a clean, orderly state.
• Communicate with clients when needed — report any issues or special requests, ensure satisfaction with the service.
• Occasionally work in teams for larger or deeper-cleaning jobs as needed.

What We’re Looking For: Qualifications & Traits

• Previous residential cleaning experience preferred (but not always required — we’re open to training the right person).
• Strong attention to detail — you notice what others might miss and take pride in a job done right.
• Good time-management skills and reliability — ability to stick to a schedule and complete tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable interacting with clients, respectful of their space, friendly and courteous.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a small team when needed.
• Physical stamina — able to stand, walk, bend, lift and move items as needed during cleaning.
• Reliable transportation (especially if traveling between multiple clients’ homes).

Schedule & Compensation

• Flexible schedule: part-time or full-time, based on availability and client needs
• Typical cleaning appointments during daytime hours; occasional early morning or evening slots depending on client scheduling
• Pay rate: competitive and commensurate with experience (to be discussed at interview)
• Opportunity for consistent recurring work, with potential for growth and increased hours as we expand
