Duties
- Warm leads/prospects will be provided to you to ensure that you are always closing business/making sales/while helping others. The agency has a heavy approach to marketing
- Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
Requirements/Competencies
- No insurance experience necessary! Lots of training provided. Insurance license will have to be obtained after being hired, this will be discussed in the interview process
