Responsibilities
- Perform general carpentry and maintenance tasks.
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship is required.
- Detailed project documentation and reporting is required on all projects.
- Strong communication skills.
- Supervise subcontractors or junior technicians throughout the duration of the projects while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance with a strong background in General Construction and Carpentry.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in both verbally and in writing.
- Supervising or leadership experience in a maintenance or environment is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes or commercial building systems will be considered an asset.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
