We’re looking for a licensed psychologist in Ventura, California who enjoys clear, assessment-focused work rather than long therapy commitments or complicated billing routines. If structured interviews, diagnostic reasoning, and a steady clinical rhythm appeal to you, this role gives you full control—your office space, your hours, your workflow.
Our team supplies the operational backbone: referrals, administrative coordination, and the systems you need to keep things running smoothly. You won’t need testing materials at the start since early cases revolve around structured clinical interviews, but there’s plenty of opportunity to grow into broader psychological testing with both adults and children. An interest in or comfort with assessment tools is definitely a plus.
We’re looking for clinicians who appreciate autonomy, flexibility, and the intellectual challenge of assessment-driven work.
Psychological associates are welcome as well—our supervisory staff is experienced, collaborative, and committed to helping developing clinicians strengthen their assessment skills. Please note that we do not provide SPE hours.

Pay: $100.00 - $200.00 per hour
