As an employee-owned general contractor, we specialize in heavy civil construction, site development, water and wastewater, transportation, parks, trails, and other infrastructure projects that make a lasting impact on our communities.
We're growing and looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on civil, utility, water, and wastewater construction projects.

What You'll Do
✔ Lead field operations from project startup through closeout
✔ Direct crews, subcontractors, equipment, and material deliveries
✔ Keep projects on schedule while proactively solving field challenges
✔ Promote and lead a strong safety culture
✔ Review plans, specifications, and construction documents
✔ Monitor productivity, manpower, equipment, and project performance
✔ Conduct jobsite meetings and coordinate with project teams
✔ Partner with Project Managers, engineers, inspectors, owners, and vendors
✔ Maintain daily reports and project documentation using construction management software
✔ Mentor and develop Foremen, Field Engineers, and craft personnel
✔ Deliver projects that exceed client expectations
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of field leadership experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, or Field Engineer
- Experience leading heavy civil, utility, water/wastewater, site development, or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, safety, scheduling, and self-perform work
- Ability to lead multiple crews and coordinate subcontractors
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with construction management software (Procore preferred)
- OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license
