What You'll Do

• Foster Relationships: Help build and nurture relationships with potential clients and internal teams.
• Assist with Operations Management: Support the operations team in monitoring carrier performance and ensuring operational efficiency.
• Support Negotiations: Assist in negotiating rates and terms with guidance from senior team members.

What We’re Looking For

• Required Qualifications: Currently enrolled in college
• Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Experience with Salesforce is a bonus.
