Our products are sold nationwide through beauty supply stores, pharmacies, and retailers such as CVS, Navarro, and Target. We are expanding our distribution network and seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team.

We are expanding our distribution network and seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, pharmacies, and retailers.
- Prospect and acquire new accounts to expand market presence.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions.
- Represent Rossie System at trade shows and industry events.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in outside sales (beauty, cosmetics, or consumer goods preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and independent.
- Willingness to travel (driver’s license required).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- 💵 Base salary: $2,000/month
- 📈 Commission: 7%–9% on net collected sales
- 🎯 Quarterly bonus: $500 for Sales Growth
- ✈️ Expense reimbursement for approved travel and events
