As we continue to grow across the Gulf Coast, we're looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to lead our regional operations out of the Mobile, AL area.

🔹 What You'll Do

As Fleet Manager, you'll own the performance of a regional fleet — driving safety, compliance, profitability, and driver satisfaction across a diverse book of operations. Your day-to-day will include:

• Leading and supporting a group of company drivers and owner-operators

• Monitoring KPIs: miles, revenue per truck, idle time, turnover, and safety scores

• Partnering with dispatch and customer service to align loads with operational priorities

• Managing P&L performance for the region in partnership with Finance and leadership

• Ensuring compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations

• Coaching drivers on performance, safety, and service expectations

• Supporting recruiting, onboarding, and driver retention efforts

🔹 What We're Looking For

• 3 years of fleet management, driver supervision, or dispatch leadership in trucking

• Experience with Flatbed, Oversize, Aggregate, Pneumatic Tank, or Walking Floor operations (preferred)

• Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA compliance

• Analytical mindset with proficiency in fleet management software, Excel, and KPI reporting

• A communicator and relationship-builder who leads with respect

• High school diploma required; degree in logistics or business administration preferred
