What are the responsibilities and job description for the Support Technician position at Mega Saver?
Mega Saver is currently looking for a Network Technician to join our rapidly growing team. Must be efficient in networking.
What You'll Do:
- Install and configure network hardware (routers, switches) and software, including cabling and network protocols.
- Install and monitor cameras as well as store MNSP
- Perform regular maintenance on network systems, monitor daily operations, and ensure networks are functioning correctly.
- Troubleshooting. Analyze, test, and resolve issues with network systems, software, and hardware to maintain efficiency.
- Help enforce network security protocols and ensure the security of network communications.
- Maintain records and inventory of network hardware and software

- Eager to learn and continuously grow
- Previous support or technical experience preferred
- Basic understanding of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
