Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Omaha, NE at Mega Saver's Corporate Office. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for the organization. Day-to-day tasks include posting job ads, conducting interviews, managing recruitment processes, and maintaining candidate relationships.
Qualifications
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in conducting interviews and candidate assessments
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with recruiting software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Previous experience in retail or similar industry is a plus
