A day in this roleYou start by reviewing standard work instructions and your production schedule. You kit each job, confirming every component and sub-assembly is ready. Through the day, you prepare sub-assemblies, assemble equipment through each stage, and complete final assembly and testing to verify performance. Throughout, you keep your station organized using 5S, and you note ideas to improve processes for the team.
What you’ll do- Assemble industrial vibratory equipment and related components through all stages of production
- Prepare sub-assemblies and organize components for production builds
- Kit jobs and ensure all required materials are available for assembly
- Perform final assembly and product testing to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow standard work instructions and production procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area using 5S practices
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
- Basic understanding and safe use of hand tools
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic assembly issues
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and production processes
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Full-time position
- Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
- Day shift
Salary : $18 - $22
