Manufacturing Associate

A growing manufacturing company is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join its expanding operations. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, machine operation, material handling, production, or mechanical work.

The Manufacturing & Warehouse Technician will support a variety of production, material-handling, inventory, shipping, receiving, and surface-processing activities. Training will be provided for the right candidate, with opportunities to learn additional equipment, processes, and skills as the operation continues to grow.

• Support daily manufacturing, production, warehouse, and material-handling operations.
• Receive, unload, inspect, label, and store incoming materials and products.
• Pick, pack, wrap, label, and prepare products for shipment or delivery.
• Operate warehouse and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory counts, product tracking, and inventory control.
• Scan materials and accurately enter information into computer systems.
• Inspect materials and finished products for damage, defects, or quality issues.
• Report discrepancies, damaged materials, or production concerns to supervisors.
• Assist with mechanical inspection, equipment operation, basic repairs, and maintenance as needed.
• Support manufacturing processes such as surface preparation, cleaning, blasting, texturizing, and other specialized production operations.
• Assist with clean-room or controlled-environment packaging and handling of components.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout the facility.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
• Communicate and cooperate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
• Follow production, quality, warehouse, and safety procedures.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and within established timelines.
• Support other departments and assist with additional assignments as business needs require.
• Look for opportunities to improve productivity, quality, organization, and efficiency.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, mechanical, or material-handling experience is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate warehouse and manufacturing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Word and Excel experience is a plus.
• Good math, reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull carts loaded with product.
• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of an 8-hour shift.
• Willingness to follow all safety requirements and wear appropriate PPE.
