Day Shift Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Swing Shift Monday – Thursday 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM

What You'll Do
As a CNC Machinist, you'll set up and operate advanced CNC milling equipment to manufacture precision aerospace components while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Daily Responsibilities
- Set up and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis vertical and horizontal CNC milling machines
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T
- Install and align fixtures, vises, pallets, and tombstones
- Edit and adjust Fanuc and Mazatrol CNC programs (G-Code & M-Code)
- Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections
- Use precision measuring equipment including:
- Micrometers
- Calipers
- Bore Gauges
- Height Gauges
- Troubleshoot machining issues and make machine or tooling adjustments
- Replace worn tooling and maintain machining accuracy
- Perform preventative machine maintenance
- Operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment

Preferred Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of CNC Manufacturing experience
• Experience with CNC milling (3-, 4-, or 5-axis preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T
• Experience using precision measuring equipment
• Basic understanding of geometry and trigonometry
• Ability to edit CNC programs and offsets
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable with a positive team attitude
Physical Requirements
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Bend, kneel, reach, and work safely around moving objects and with machinery with moving parts
