Duties

• Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, highlights, balayage, and special occasion styles.
• Execute grooming services such as straight razor shaves and beard trims with precision.
• Utilize salon software to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Offer expert advice on hair care products, retail sales upselling, and personalized styling recommendations.
• Assist with front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, managing appointments, and answering inquiries professionally.
• Support store management in daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer experiences.

Requirements

• Valid South Carolina cosmetology or barbering license with experience in diverse hair services including coloring, styling, extensions, and grooming.
• Strong knowledge of hair theory principles to customize treatments effectively.
• Skilled in sanitation practices adhering to health regulations to maintain a safe salon environment.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their beauty goals clearly.
• Experience in retail sales with the ability to upsell products confidently while providing exceptional customer service.
