The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Designing and developing new self-paced online lessons and instructional videos.
- Updating and improving existing interactive online lessons and videos.
- Using Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, and/or Camtasia to build training, potentially incorporating multimedia elements.
- Creating, editing, and distributing various instructional materials, including Quick Reference Cards, Guides, Manuals, and Videos.
- Participating in necessary meetings.
The ideal candidate must possess:
- 5 years of experience in:
- Designing self-paced online content for adult learners.
- Developing multimedia and SCORM-compliant modules with Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise.
- 2 years of experience performing quality assurance on eLearning content to verify accuracy, functionality, and compliance.
- Proven experience with:
- Vyond (or a similar platform) for creating video content.
- Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content integration.
- Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word).
- Demonstrated ability to:
- Collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Manage deadlines and deliverables for several projects at once.
- Communicate clearly and effectively.
- Accept and incorporate constructive feedback.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, principles, and best practices for self-paced eLearning.
- This is a 100% remote position, to be performed at a suitable, professional off-site location.

- On-site requirement: The candidate must be available to report on-site to the in Annapolis, MD, within 72 hours of notification. There is no limit to how often this may be required.
- Remote work is contingent upon sustained performance. The AOC may revoke remote privileges if performance declines.
- The AOC retains the right to adjust the balance of remote and on-site work throughout the contract, with any changes being coordinated with the contractor.
