💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Compound production and prescription verification
- Provide clinical consultations with patients and prescribers
- Maintain protocols to ensure product safety andeffectiveness
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance with FDA and state regulations
- Contribute to training programs, R&D formulation development, and process improvements
🧠 Qualifications:
- PharmD and valid NYS pharmacist license required
- New grads welcome (0–1 year experience)
- In-depth knowledge of USP 795/797, compounding best practices, and pharmacy software (PrimeRx a plus)
- Strong communication, leadership, and patient-care skills
