What We Are Looking For

This position requires someone who can operate beyond the individual-project level. We are looking for a leader who can understand the entire department - its people, projects, clients, technical risks, schedules, backlog, and financial performance - and make decisions that keep the organization moving forward.

The successful candidate should be capable of becoming the primary day-to-day leader of the geotechnical department, while building a team and systems that do not depend on any single individual to function successfully.
