Job Outline
- As an Account Executive, you will play a strategic role in managing and optimizing the recruitment and candidate experience for our clients’ high-volume hiring needs to deliver the Meet product to the highest standard.
- This role holds responsibility for end-to-end recruitment project management including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates and hiring managers on all active needs, to enhance overall recruitment effectiveness whilst ensuring a smooth and efficient interview experience for all parties involved.
- This individual will have business development responsibilities within a portfolio of clients that the Account Management team has previously had success with.
- There will be sourcing responsibilities for certain positions based on volume, need and urgency, where they would be expected to be sourcing for a minimum of two positions at any one time.
Delivery Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customized sourcing strategies based on the qualities of ideal candidates within relevant verticals.
- Conduct market research to identify top sourcing channels and adapt strategies to changing market conditions Using a variety of market appropriate sources to identify new candidates.
- Manage relationships with key candidate pools, including re-engagement and retention of top candidates for future opportunities
- Conducting thorough candidate qualification calls covering technical expertise, ideals, and motivations.
- End-to-end candidate management from the initial screen through successful placement.
- Compile and gain market information and live job leads when speaking to candidates.
- Handling candidate objections with confidence.
- Candidate post-placement care.
Administrative Coordination:
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining records in the applicant tracking system.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure follow-up actions post-interview, facilitating efficient workflow and candidate progression.
- Work with Account Manager to support and facilitate information to the wider Global Perm Delivery team; including but not limited to client update summaries, fillability updates, job spec details, etc.
Business Development:
- Develop, implement and execute customized business development strategies based on portfolio of account management clients.
- Support Account Manager and Account Director in reaching out to new and existing contacts, with the goal of generating new business and strengthening Meet relationships.
- Compile and gain new information on account management clients to tailor BD outreach
- Support Account Manager and Account Director in candidate flips from warm references, setting up meetings, and keeping track of new leads within client portfolio.
The Account Executive may also be responsible for other tasks, such as coordinating travel arrangements for candidates or assisting with the onboarding process, note taking during intakes/panel debriefs/general meetings with hiring managers, HR and the wider team.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a client facing role (required)
- Outbound sales experience (highly preferred)
- Bachelors degree
Interview Process:
- Call with internal recruiter --> 20 minute sales assessment (virtual) --> 45 minute zoom interview --> Final on-site
