About the Role:
Are you a natural connector who loves bringing people together? Do you thrive on relationship building and seeing events come to life? Meet Chicago Northwest is looking for a Partnership & Service Manager to cultivate strong relationships with our hospitality community, coordinate signature partner events, and support incoming meetings and conventions.
You will collaborate closely with both our marketing and sales teams while representing MCNW as the friendly, professional face of our region’s hospitality network. Expect variety, connection, and plenty of community engagement—no two days will be the same!

60% Partner Relations & Community Outreach
25% Event Planning & Coordination
15% Sales Support & Administrative Servicing
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel, restaurant, and attraction partners through regular visits and calls.
- Track communications and outreach using our CRM system (Simpleview), maintaining consistent follow-up and data accuracy.
- Promote collaboration and visibility among partners via LinkedIn and other networking channels.
- Solicit new partnerships and oversee dues, advertising participation, and account maintenance.
Event Coordination:
- Plan and execute MCNW’s annual partnership events, including:
- Meet & Mingle (July)
- Hotel Summit (August)
- Holiday Open House (December)
- Quarterly Board Meetings
- Executive Committee Meetings (six per year)
- Hotel Sales Director Meetings (Quarterly)
- Annual Meeting (May)
- Family Day at Woodfield Mall (June)
- Collaborate with the marketing department to plan and execute Chicago Northwest Restaurant Week.
- Coordinate event logistics, vendor communication, and on-site support.
Sales Servicing & Support:
- Assist the sales department with servicing incoming meetings and events at partner hotels.
- Generate, process, and track service requests and partner referrals.
- Support sales in rebooking groups and ensuring top-tier visitor experiences.
- Oversee and distribute MCNW materials such as inspiration guides, maps, and brochures.
Administrative & Additional Duties:
- Maintain detailed records of outreach, communications, and projects in Simpleview.
- Provide administrative and project assistance to the President as requested.
- Represent MCNW at local chamber events, expos, college fairs, and community activities.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for event setup and guide distribution.

Work Schedule & Environment:
- Hybrid schedule: minimum two days in the Schaumburg office, three days remote.
- Community presence: regular partner visits and occasional evening events (typically 1–2 per month).
- Travel: local only—no overnight travel required.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance required.
