Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing basic inquiries and ensuring clear, efficient communication between clients and our legal team.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date client records.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling client communications.
- Assist in organizing case files and documentation for easy retrieval.
- Support the legal team with clerical tasks as required.
- Ensure a professional environment through the upkeep of client spaces.
