Financial Assistant Responsibilities
· Enter financial data into the billing and accounts payable system
· Update financial records
· Maintain financial policies throughout the company
· Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports
· Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
· Prepare pre-bills for review by attorneys
· Make corrections to the pre-bills
· Assist with preparing statements and submitting third party billing
· Assist with payroll and submitting payroll taxes
Qualifications
· Great knowledge of Excel and Excel functions
· Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Outlook
· Incredible attention to detail to catch errors
· Top of the line math abilities
· Great organizational skills
· Good knowledge of accounting practices
· Amazing time management skills
· Ability to follow company policies
· Ability to work independently and on a team
