Responsibilities
- Enter financial data into the billing and accounts payable system
- Update financial records
- Maintain financial policies throughout the company
- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare pre-bills for review by attorneys
- Make corrections to the pre-bills
- Assist with preparing statements and submitting third party billing
- Assist with payroll and submitting payroll taxes
- Accounting Degree
- Great knowledge of Excel and Excel functions
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Outlook
- Incredible attention to detail to catch errors
- Top of the line math abilities
- Great organizational skills
- Good knowledge of accounting practices
- Amazing time management skills
- Ability to follow company policies
- Ability to work independently and on a team
