As a Behavioral Technician, you will work alongside experts in implementing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) programs. This includes working directly with children, analyzing data, and track progress of clients. You will be tasked to keep children engaged during sessions, teach appropriate play and social skills, provide reinforcement for desired behavior, and setup learning opportunities.
This position is for in-home services 3 days a week from 4pm - 7pm.
Training will be conducted at our clinic site for 2 weeks prior to the onset of in-home services to ensure you are comfortable and competent to engage with a client in a home based setting. BCBA support will be delivered both in-person and virtually.
Requirements:
- Must love working with children.
- Must be able to assume and maintain different postures and positions (sitting, standing, kneeling, squatting, crawling etc.) for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to effectively communicate in both oral and written formats.
- Excellent time management, observational, and analytical skills.
Training: Registered Behavioral Technician training needed for this position is provided free upon hire through the Behavioral Analysis Certification Board.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
