Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative/Office Assistant to join our team! Duties
- Office Administrative responsibilities with professional phone and email etiquette
- Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for bookkeeping and record keeping
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
- Support office management activities such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, pulling permits, etc.
- Assist with clerical tasks including proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, managing office supplies, sorting mail
- Provide exceptional customer support by responding promptly to inquiries and assisting clients or vendors as needed
- Assist outside sales staff with estimates and applications
- Assist with advertising and marketing (website and social media experience a plus)
Experience
- Prior office experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred.
- Proven proficiency with computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Sheets)
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of phone systems, filing procedures, and data entry best practices
- Team player mentality a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
