ROLE
We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join our innovative team in the recruitment app space. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the engineering and product team to drive the development of new features and optimize existing products. Your expertise will help shape the future of our platform, ensuring it remains competitive and user-focused.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain backend services for MeeBoss
- Contribute to growth hacking initiatives for MeeBoss
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
- Test and debug applications
REQUIREMENTS
- Coding is required, proficiency in Java and Python, with 2 years of programming experience
- Strong understanding of databases such as MySQL and Redis，and performance characteristics
- In-depth knowledge of fundamental data structures and algorithms, like array, hashtable, sorting
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role
- Hardworking, positive, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 4 days per week in the office and 1 day of flexible remote work
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Passionate about work, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a results-oriented approach
- Experience in training deep learning models
- Preferably full stack developer experience
