What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Product Manager position at MeeBoss?
Role Overview
We have early Product-Market Fit and are entering a scale-up phase.
We are looking for a product manager who can think strategically and is also willing to get hands-on, helping us move from PMF to real scale.
What you will do
1. GTM and Growth
- Design and execute Go-To-Market strategies that fit our current business stage.
- Work with BD and Marketing to build a path from initial traction to scalable growth.
- Track key metrics such as activation, retention, and conversion, as well as iterate based on data.
2. Product Planning and Delivery
- Co-create product vision and roadmap with founding and leadership teams.
- Lead user research, competitive analysis, user interviews, and basic data analysis.
- Write clear PRDs, define user flows, and create low to mid-fidelity mockups.
3. Execution and Quality
- Run backlog grooming, spec reviews, and release reviews with engineering and design.
- Take ownership of feature quality and user experience, and drive quick improvements when needed.
4. Product Launch and Customer Success
- Partner with operations to design onboarding and in-product education.
- Join key customer conversations, deeply understand their use cases, and translate feedback into product changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3–7 years of product management experience.
- Hands-on experience going through PMF and a scale-up phase for at least one product, with concrete stories to share.
- Strong structured thinking and communication; you can turn vague problems into clear product plans.
- Truly hands-on; you are comfortable writing specs, drawing mockups, checking data, and driving releases yourself.
- Work experience in the U.S. and a good understanding of local work culture, employers, and job seekers.
- Strong sense of ownership and bias to action. You enjoy building things with a small, mission-driven team.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, HR-tech, or marketplace products.
- Proven success using experiments and data to drive product decisions.
- Experience building GTM playbooks or growth processes from scratch.
- Startup or early-stage company experience.
- Mandarin Chinese reading to work closely with our China-based team and access more internal context.
Salary : $120,000 - $170,000
