It's an AI matchmaker and relationship companion designed to help modern professionals form meaningful, intentional connections. We combine curated matching with AI-driven facilitation, launching first in Seattle and the Bay Area.
This is a high-impact role where you will support GTM execution, influencer partnerships, and early user growth—working directly with founders.
Responsibilities
Go-To-Market & Growth
Support GTM launch plans, timelines, and cross-functional execution
Explore and experiment with new user acquisition channels
Assist in building marketing funnels, messaging, and creative assets
Influencer Outreach & Partnerships
Source, evaluate, and contact creators (IG / TikTok / YouTube / Xiaohongshu)
Manage relationship-building, briefing, and content coordination
Track outreach ROI and iterate on partnership playbooks
User Acquisition
Execute targeted outreach, community-building, and event-based marketing
Analyze channel performance and optimize growth loops
Founder Collaboration
Contribute to daily discussions around product, growth, and operations
Shape LAMU’s voice, brand identity, and early GTM strategy
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any major)
- Interest or experience in consumer marketing, social media, or growth
- Strong communication, creativity, and understanding of consumer behavior
- High ownership, scrappiness, and ability to execute quickly
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
- Strong interest and curiosity in matchmaking market, preferably have personal painpoint of dating app fatigue
