Implementation Project Manager

Requirements- A minimum of three available positions, with one focused on Infrastructure expertise.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory for candidates.
• Candidates must demonstrate a thorough understanding of PMP/PMI principles.
• Preference for candidates with stable job histories and clear career advancement.
• Experience in roles such as Quality Assurance and Engineering leading to PM is ideal.
• A consulting background from firms like Deloitte, PWC, EY, IBM, or Accenture is preferred.
• Prior experience in establishing or scaling a Project Management Office (PMO) is advantageous.
• Candidates must possess hands-on project management skills, including documentation.
• Proficiency in creating and managing test cases is essential for this role.
• The position requires oversight of technology ownership and project enhancements.
• Candidates should be knowledgeable in application deployment and technology delivery.
• A robust IT background, especially in infrastructure and application deployments, is required.
• Experience within the cruise industry is considered beneficial.
